Frequently Asked Questions

Are all of our samples authentic?

Yes, all of our fragrance samples are the exact same scent as their retail counterparts. We simply extract the perfume from the retail bottles using a syringing process and rebottle it into glass atomisers.

How much use can I get out of a fragrance sample?

This depends completely on the size of the bottle:

  • 1ML gives you 14-15 sprays, giving you one to two days of usage
  • 3ML gives you approximately 45-55 sprays, giving you a full week of usage, if worn daily
  • 5ML gives you approximately 75-80 sprays.
  • 9ML gives you around 135-150 sprays.


Your usage, however, may vary depending on how much you sprays you do with each wear.

What is our Return Policy?

Our return policy allows for returns, provided that the product is unopened and in its original packaging. If you do want to return your order, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days after your order arrives, and we will arrange a replacement for a refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We currently offer shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom and to the European Union.

How long does shipping take?

Experience fast and reliable shipping, with most orders being fulfilled within 1 business day. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order in 3-7 business days, with international orders taking up to 11 days.
