Refund Policy

At Pocket Parfums, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. Please review our policy below:

General

We have a 14 Day Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not offer returns/refunds for any orders outside the United Kingdom; all international sales will be final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
The refund will be for the cost of the perfumes, minus delivery cost.
We cannot process returns after the 14 Day period.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customer-service@pocket-parfums.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.
Please send your returns to the address provided in the return confirmation email. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.

Refund Exclusions

Under no circumstances will we offer a refund on goods that have been opened, used or tampered with.
We will refuse claims for returns where you have used the product and you have decided that it is not to your liking or because you perceive it to be different from previous versions that you may have tried.
We will refuse returns where you have claimed that our samples are ‘fake’ or ‘watered down’ – claims like these are extremely disappointing to us given our mission is to provide genuine decanted fragrance bottles to our customers. Perfumes can vary from batch to batch, and this does not constitute a fault in the product that we are providing.
We are not liable for incorrect delivery information being input at checkout and we will not refund any money if you have not provided us with an accurate delivery address under any circumstances.
